Transition Services

LVCIL offers several transition programs for young adults with disabilities who are making the transition from high school to adult life and the workforce. These services range from community-to school-based services. To make LVCIL's transition programming a success, LVCIL partners with local intermediate units, transition councils, the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and Pennsylvania Youth Leadership Network (PYLN).

Living Independently for Everyone (LIFE)

LVCIL now offers the LIFE program, a school-based program for students with disabilities ages 16-21. Individualized services are available to enhance and supplement transition services provided by your school district. Services include:
